Terms and Conditions

After sucessfull booking request at our site, a represantive of ours will contact you either by email or phone in order to confirm your personal information.

To confirm your stay, we require a deposit of the 1st night to be paid within 24 hours of your booking. 

If we do not receive your payment in that time, your booking will be cancelled, without further notice.

You can cancel your accomodation for free 7 days before arrival. In that time, any payments that you have made will be returned to you at full.

After that time and 24 hours before check in, a refund fee will be charged. That means you will get full refund, minus the first night.

In case of non-show you get no refund.

We accept bank transfer and pay in cash at the hotel. 

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to charge you through credit or debit cards.
