Likoudis Villas is located :

•10 minutes by foot (about 850 metres) from the harbor of Kioni.

There are three lovely alternative routes which can be followed to the sea: a lit “kalderimi”(an old 18th century paved path) with easy steps and two quiet roads one of which is lit and the other unlit.

We recommend for your safety to carry a torch if you walk on a moonless night. In Kioni you can find a supermarket, tavernas, coffee shops, souvenir shops, boats and bicycles, for hire and an ATM.

•Within 10 minutes by car you can reach six beaches with pebbles and turquoise water: Filiatro Kioniou, Prota Kourvoulia, second Kourvoulia,Tsitsimida, Plakoutses,Maurounas, all have crystal clear water, natural shade and easy access.

•Frikes, a fishing village, lies 5km away. It has a harbour with restaurants and shops, and has a ferry connecting Ithaka with Lefkada. 

•7km away is Stavro, the main town of the area, with a doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, ATM, tavernas and a range of other establishments. 

•25km away is Vathy, the capital of Ithaka. Here you can find a Health Centre, the Tourist Police station, a pharmacy, banks, tavernas, restaurants, coffee shops, clubs and wide range of other shops.
